Questions merchants ask

Can I use my normal WhatsApp number?

Yes. Scan the QR code with WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business on your phone. Your phone keeps working as usual.

Does Meta charge me per message?

Not with the QR option. With the official Business Platform, Meta bills you directly for template messages.

What happens when a COD customer replies 2?

The order is tagged "COD cancelled". You can also let OrderPing cancel the order in Shopify automatically.

Will my number get banned?

OrderPing only messages people who just ordered from you and sends at a safe pace. For high volumes we recommend the official Business Platform.
